Our flavors features a variety of classic favorites alongside seasonal selections, ensuring there’s something for everyone. From Chocolate Chip, Banana Pudding, Lemon Coolers, and Oatmeal Raisin to Potato Chip, Pineapple Cream Cheese, Snickerdoodles, and Peanut Butter Kisses, each cookie is crafted with care. Some are finished with flavorful icing, while others are delightfully simple — perfect for any palate.

We believe extraordinary cookies begin with extraordinary ingredients. That’s why we’re proud to partner with some of South Carolina’s most respected artisan producers. We proudly incorporate premium heirloom grain flours from Marsh Hen Mill on Edisto Island and Anson Mills, two renowned South Carolina mills dedicated to preserving historic grains and traditional stone-milling techniques. We make yummy treats while supporting fellow local businesses. We tweaked the traditional Benne Wafer cookie recipe just a bit and use these local ingredients.  Even inspired to plant a lime tree in the back yard and mastered our own recipe for the key lime cooler cookie.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions About Bites of Charleston Catering

How many cookies should I order? 
As many as you think you and your guests can enjoy. They stay fresh in an airtight container for up to a week or longer and go great with a tall glass of milk and even freeze well for future events.

Can I mix flavors?
Yes. We can make as few as 6 cookies in any flavor.

Do you make gluten-free cookies?
Yes! We specialize in making dietary needs a priority to ensure everyone has a bite full of yum!

Can cookies be individually wrapped?
Yes. There is a slight upcharge to cover the cost of the supplies and time, so this can be discussed when ordering so we can ensure your guests are satisfied with their sweet treat.

Do you deliver?
Yes. We cover the local tricounty area of Charleston SC.  Shipping charges are additional.
